Challenge
Client had stacker brake failure, causing stacker to overrun the track and derail, resulting in a complete loss.
Solution
Iron Workers went to work procuring equipment, tools and labor to install a completely new stacker on the existing tracks. Approximately 36 truckloads of stacker parts were required to assemble this stacker. Monarch completed all phases of this work including mechanical installations.
