Challenge St. Clair, MI area food grade production facility required production expansion for company sustainability well into the future. Complex project required simultaneously structural steel erection of multi-story building with setting process equipment.

Solution Monarch Welding & Engineering responded with a professional team to fabricate, specialty coat and erect 825 tons of structural steel for the 7-story building, while receiving and installing over 100 pieces of process equipment. Project completion is expected early next year.
