Challenge
Southeastern MI steel producer needed replacement of a critical steel converter vessel and associated equipment in the center of an operating facility, while adjacent converter and equipment remained active during the project.
Solution
Monarch responded with detailed planning addressing all critical customer departments inclusive of Safety, Production and Maintenance. Detailed integrated schedule and budget were developed inclusive of input from all stakeholders.
Project was successfully executed per the plan without negatively affecting production.
