Client encountered a production issue causing 56’’ pipe to collapse preventing production and demanding immediate repair.
Solution
Monarch received notification of the issue and responded immediately. Plans were prepared to safely demo the damaged pipe and procure new material. The pipe was challenging to access. It required removal of the roof and a crane large enough to reach the area of work. Monarch was able to safely and quickly remove the damaged pipe, procure material, fabricate and install new pipe within a very short period.
